About the Club
Oxford University Table Tennis Club offers a fantastic opportunity for anyone with an interest in table tennis to participate in the sport while at Oxford. The club is open to players of all standards. Beginners are provided with bats and balls and a friendly environment in which to knock, while advanced players are given many routes into competitive play.
OUTTC provides facilites to allow students from Oxford to improve their game, whatever level they are playing at. The club has a number of tables and holds twice-weekly sessions at the Oxford University Sports Complex. It also owns a training robot, which is ideal for working on developing a certain skill, such as the forehand loop shot or the return of serve. Students at Oxford Brookes University are also welcome to join OUTTC as are friends and relatives of members, though you must be matriculated in order to play competitively for the club.
The club has played the annual Varsity Match against the University of Cambridge every year since 1946. More recently, it joined to play in the BUSA (British Universities Sports Association) Table Tennis League, where it currently resides in the Midlands 1A Division. BUSA also run a cup competition and individual championships each year. If you would like more information about the club, please feel free to contact any of the club's officials for this year by clicking here.

Contact any of the Club's officials if you are interested in forming a team for Cuppers. Currently, each team comprises 2 players. Each match goes to the player who gets the best of 5 sets, and teams will play 3 matches to determine the winning team before the quarter-finals. From the quarter-finals onwards, teams will play 5 matches to determine the winning team.
